Friendly receptionist lent me a charger for Swiss plugs. Comfy bed, plenty of breakfast, short walk from Hardbruecke station. Well-kept room, environmentally conscious. Useful "handy" phone for navigation. Nice staff. Recommended!

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its convenient location near the tram station in a business district. The staff at the reception during the day were very helpful, providing us with guidance on places to visit in the area. The rooms, although small, have a classical design from IBIS and are equipped with all the basic amenities. The hotel also offers regulated temperature control, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast at this hotel is a real treat with good varieties, including options for vegetarians.

Cleanliness was excellent at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were super clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed, a powerful shower, and a good TV. Transportation was convenient, as the tram stop was just a 2-minute walk away, and the journey to the center took only 15 minutes.
Nothing could have been better.

Close to tram station, convenient for practical stays. We reserved multiple rooms for a large family group and the hotel was cozy and comfortable. Really kind staff and family-friendly with a playground for kids. I'll recommend this hotel.
